Dear Members, Friends, and Fellow Pastoral Musicians,

Welcome to our home on the web! We hope you take some time to explore and learn about our association.

This is an especially exciting time for ACMP. In February 2009, we concluded a year long celebration of the Fortieth Anniversary of ACMP’s founding and our Tenth Anniversary as a chapter of the National Association of Pastoral Musicians (NPM).

Shortly after, the American Bishops’ document Sing to the Lord: Music in Divine Worship was published. In this document, the Bishops call upon pastoral musicians to renew and reinforce their call to assist the People of God when they gather for worship.

Our calendar is brimming with educational, spiritual, and social events. Please consider attending some of ACMP’s offerings. Hopefully you will return to your music ministry refreshed and enriched.
