The Association of Church Musicians in Philadelphia holds approximately two workshops per year with topics responding to the needs of our members.  We conclude our year with an Evening Prayer and Awards Ceremony, usually held in May.  At this time, we award ten students from eighth and twelfth grades for outstanding participation in Parish Music Ministry. We welcome contributions to these awards.  Of special note is our highly sucessful Pastor\Musicians Banquet held at the end of September each year.  This is a grand night of socializing with fellow association members, their pastors and music ministry members.  The evening is always topped off with great entertainment and our annual raffle!

Our newsletter is published four times a year - Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.  We encourage our members to communicate with each other via the newsletter and we welcome input from all our members regarding any newsworthy event or information to be shared.  Another valuable item included in your membership, is our Membership Directory, including upward of three-hundred musical and liturgical contacts throughout the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and beyond!
