Please print and complete the above form and mail it, with your membership dues check made payable to “ACMP” to: ACMP Membership Administrator, 1205 Reagan Court, Norristown, PA 19403

Additional Membership Directories Available

One membership directory is included with your membership. Many members request a second for their church or office and they are available for $15.00, which may be included in the order.

Membership Renewal

Membership Renewal forms have been sent electronically. Only those who need to renew will receive forms. The renewal period will close on September 30th.

It is extremely important to renew by the deadline. Failure to do so means that you will not be included in the Membership Directory, which will be ready for mailing at the end of September.

If any of your information has changed (address, phone, church where you minister, etc.), you should send your new information to our ACMP Membership Administrator.
